How do I place an order?

We accept payment for all orders via Bank Deposit.

Orders are processed when Proof of Payment has been received. 

What shipping method do you use?

 All orders are processed via local store-to-door courier services. Processing of orders commences once proof of payment has been received and payment has reflected, which may take up to 48 hours to reflect. Delivery of orders may take 7 to 14 working days. Please note that shipping and delivery may be delayed as a result of order backlogs and shortages of staff due COVID-19 and COVID regulations. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by these delays. Thank you for your patience. 

What are my On Point by T measurements and sizes?

 
For your On Point by T sizes, please measure your shoulder, sleeve length, bust, waist and hips and then proceed to select the correlating UK size.

Do you accept refunds, returns and/ or exchanges?

 On Point by T has the following returns/refunds policy:

 7 DAYS RETURNS/REFUND POLICY
I agree that: 
  • If i'm not completely happy with my purchase, I have 7 days to return the item/s to exchange it for a different size or colour.
  • Refunds are only given if the item I bought is factory fault and I can’t do an exchange.
  • I will be issued in a credit voucher should I not find anything I like at the time of returning the goods.
  • I will make sure that the item is in a re-sellable condition upon return.
  • I will be liable for any costs incurred as part of the transaction should a cash refund be applicable. These costs include bank fees, Shopify fees and Payfast fees.
